• Available for work from Monday to friday only! Work hour 08.00-21.00 WIB (UTC+7)• Work estimation 1-2 weeks depending on the commission waiting list and real life business. It'll be done faster based on real life situation. I will always let you know for the update!• Full payment is required after sketch approval. Deadline 3 days after sketch approval!• Additional fees for background, detailed clothes, hair, and item(s).• Free revisions are available during the sketch and base color stages.• I have a bad memory that make me so forgetful. Please remind me if I forget some details. Thank you!• Only minor revisions are allowed after the lineart and final stage. Require additional fees for major revision.• Final artwork will be delivered in PNG and transparent PNG format via email or GDrive as client's request.• For personal use only. Commercial use will be charged extra x2 from original prices. And, x3 for profitable business.• No refunds.• I reserve the right to post the artwork as a portfolio after I finished the commission unless requested otherwise to postpone it until the specified date.• Private commission will be charged 50% from total prices.• I reserve the right to decline your commission due to some reasons.
